I am a passionate and experienced Microsoft products enthusiast with a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, AI machine learning object detection, and Power Apps. I have been learning and working with Microsoft products for the past four years, and I am constantly looking for new ways to use them to solve real-world problems.

I am particularly skilled at building Power Apps and automations to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. For example, I have built a system to capture leads from marketing platforms and bring them into a custom-built CRM Power App, and an inventory management system for controlling stock for maintenance staff. I have also used AI to develop document reading software to capture invoice and CRM data to display in Power BI for high-level management.
